Shipping policy

At Eco Rocks Brazil, we carefully pack and ship natural stones, crystals, minerals, and home décor pieces from Brazil to customers worldwide.

Order Processing Time

In-stock items are usually prepared and shipped within up to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

Products that are in production have an estimated lead time of approximately 20 days, depending on the item, quantity, stone availability, finishing process, and quality control.

Please note that all our products are made from natural stones, so production and selection times may vary according to the material and order specifications.

Shipping Methods

Most orders are shipped internationally by Express Air Freight / Door-to-Door courier service, usually through FedEx or another trusted international carrier.

For larger orders, wholesale orders, pallets, or special shipments, alternative shipping methods may be quoted separately, including:

  • Air cargo
  • Sea freight
  • Truck freight, when available
  • Customer’s own freight forwarder or courier account

Shipping options may vary depending on destination, order size, weight, volume, and customs requirements.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight, volume, and selected shipping method.

For website orders, shipping may be calculated at checkout when available. For larger, fragile, heavy, or wholesale orders, our team may contact the customer with a separate shipping quote before dispatch.

Shipping costs do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, storage fees, or any other charges applied by the destination country.

Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

All international orders are shipped from Brazil.

The customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country.

Eco Rocks Brazil is not responsible for delays, extra charges, or holds caused by customs authorities, missing importer information, incorrect customer details, or local import regulations.

We recommend that customers check their country’s import rules before placing an order.

Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the destination country, shipping method, customs clearance, and carrier operations.

Express courier shipments are usually faster, but delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, especially for international shipments subject to customs clearance.

Packaging

All products are carefully packed for international transport. We use protective materials such as bubble wrap, paper filling, reinforced cardboard boxes, fragile labels, stretch film, and additional protection when needed.

For larger or more fragile shipments, wooden crates, pallets, or reinforced packaging may be used.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including full name, address, phone number, email, and any required tax ID or importer number.

If a shipment is delayed, returned, or held due to incorrect or incomplete customer information, additional costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, opened, or in poor condition, please take photos before opening it and contact us immediately.

Claims must include photos of the outer box, inner packaging, shipping label, and damaged items.

If a package is lost in transit, Eco Rocks Brazil will work with the carrier to open an investigation. Resolution times depend on the carrier and shipping method used.
