These Terms and Conditions apply to the Eco Rocks Brazil web site located at www.ecorocksbrazil.com, by Eco Rocks Brazil.

The Site is the property of Eco Rocks Brazil. By using this site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Eco Rocks Brazil reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions, at any time. 

It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms and Conditions, Eco Rocks Brazil grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site.

The terms below have the intention to strengthen the relationship between Eco Rocks Brazil and it’s costumers, by clarifying and solving any questions about transactions and purchase contract.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are shipped by international courier DAP (Delivery At Place) from our warehouse in the South of Brazil.

Import fees shall be paid by Consignee direct to the courier or airline.

Free shipping for Jewelry orders above USD 1.000.

For CIF, CIP by sea or by air, please ask for a quotation.

MOQ’s

 Our Minimum Order Quantity per shipment is USD 400

PAYMENT TERMS 

All orders are charged 100% in advance, in other words, against the order. 

We do accept Paypal or Wire Transfer.

Eco Rocks Brazil DO NOT charge any payment fee.

LEAD TIME 

From 5 to 10 days for stock orders.

From 2 to 4 weeks for production orders.

PACKAGING 

All Eco Rocks products are carefully packed into plastic sheets, newspaper or bubble wrap, and then put into a carton box.

In the case of pallet or container shipment, please ask for details.

RETURNS

Please be aware that Eco Rocks Brazil do not accept any kind of return of its products.

If there is any damage in your product once received, please send us an e-mail to contact@ecorocksbrazil.com to open a claim. It’s important to send with as many details as possible such as photos, invoice number, order number and so on. The claim will be revised in 48 hours and if it’s accepted you will receive a credit for the next order or a new product will be shipped to your address.

HOLIDAY CLOSURES

Eco Rocks Brazil is closed for the following Holidays:

  • New Year’s Day – January, 1st.
  • Carnival Holidays  – TBI
  • Easter’s Day – TBI
  • Labor Day – May, 1st.
  • Brazil Independence Day – September, 7th.
  • Day of the Dead – November, 2nd.
  • Proclamation of Brazilian Republic – November, 15th.
  • Christmas Day – December, 25th.

Orders that would normally be processed on these days will be processed the following business day.

Packages in transit during these and other government holidays could be delayed depending on the carrier.

While our main facilities are closed on these holidays, you are still able to place orders online.
